Florentines are an Italian pastry made from combining nuts or seeds with chocolate or caramel and lining them thinly on a baking sheet to create a crisp and crunchy biscuit.  Biscotti is a light French biscuit made from almonds and egg and flavored with cherry brandy. 


Both pasties are a perfect accompaniment to a cup of coffee on a lazy afternoon, Biscotti and Florentines are crisp and crunchy biscuits that will tickle your tongue and delight your palette.
