While we were conceptualizing our new cake for the month of May,
we had our moms in mind, and we instantly knew that this cake would
be very special. What will she appreciate? Will she want it sinful
and decadent or delightfully refreshing and light? We could not
make up our minds as each of our mothers had different tastes and
personalities.
Instead, we came up with a cake that had both characteristics of
decadence and lightness. We named this cake GODDESS as a tribute
to our mothers. Bizu’s first cake with ivory white chocolate mousse,
the texture is delicate, and the taste is decadent and rich.
In tune with the spirit of summer, we added refreshing flavors
of passion fruit creme and raspberry coulis to give an extra kick.
The best part about it is the base it sits on. A layer of pure
almond and coconut dacquoise gives that indescribable crunch to
make this cake even more luxurious. GODDESS was made to celebrate
the most beautiful woman in our lives.
